Where Medine Limited discloses your personal information, including to its affiliates or other third parties, for purposes which are different from those indicated in the “Data Collection and Purpose specification” section, you will be notified and provided the opportunity to consent to such disclosure.

Access to your personal data

To enquire whether Medine Limited holds your personal data, please email Medine Limited on communications@medine.com Upon receiving your email, Medine Limited may require proof of your identity before considering your request. Once those requirements are met, Medine Limited will provide you with a copy of the personal data held for you, normally within a week and without any charge. Medine Limited will provide you, where appropriate, the opportunity to rectify and amend any data which we hold and which you find inaccurate. In accordance with the section 43 of the Data Protection Act 2004, Medine Limited reserves the right to refuse access to your personal data and will provide reasons for its refusal. Should you wish to re-register any of your information which may be held by Medine Limited before the automatic deletion period of 6 months, please contact us on communications@medine.com. Please note that we aim to deal with your enquiries within 48 hours of receiving your query.

This Privacy Statement is regulated by the Laws of the Republic of Mauritius, including The Data Protection Act 2004 and The Computer Misuse and Cybercrime Act 2003 as well as any other relevant legislation and Regulation. There are no Global or Regional Regulatory or self-regulatory schemes applicable to the Website.
